Donate Items of Need
Often, when our neighbors who are hungry and homeless arrive at our door, all they own are the clothes they’re wearing. Thanks to donations from friends like you, we’re usually able to meet their physical needs right on the spot. But our shelves aren’t always full, and we are often in need of items in the lists below.
Some items are distributed more quickly than others, depending on supply levels, weather and numbers of guests. As a result, there is a more desperate need of certain items than others. Can you help? Click HERE to view of list of our most urgently needed items.
We serve hundreds of homeless neighbors each night — and, to stay ready for more who might suddenly come through our doors, we always need items like toiletries, clothing, household supplies and food. Click HERE to check out our list of items needed all year round.
Thank you for any contribution you are able to make!

COVID-19 Update 6/1/20: We value you as a friend of our ministry and we appreciate how you care for our neighbors in need! We are still accepting donations of new or gently used clothing at this time — in addition to shoes and small houseware items like towels, untensils and small appliances. Considering the current situation with COVID-19, we are especially encouraging all donors to first please ensure the cleanliness and good condition (no major stains, no holes, etc.) of their items before they enter our facility. **Please note that we are unable to accept home decoration items.** We also welcome donations of food coming straight from restaurants/commercial kitchens, as well as nonperishables and sealed items such as loaves of bread, sealed PB&J, canned goods, etc. and perishables food items such as gallons of milk, prepackaged meats, cheeses, fruit, etc. **Please note: at this time we are unable to accept donations of food that has been prepared in homes (sandwiches, baked goods, etc.) and not in a licensed kitchen.** As a mission serving hundreds of vulnerable neighbors every day, we have always practiced high standards of safety and sanitary procedures. At this time, however, we are enforcing strict and rigorous social distancing and cleaning procedures to protect all who come here to find or provide help, as well as play a role in reducing the spread of coronavirus in our community. As a result, our cleaning and safety supplies may be stretched thin. If you would like to make a donation to help MRM and our guests in light of COVID-19, please consider sharing surplus cleaning and safety supplies with us. We welcome donations of soap, disposable gloves, disinfectants, face masks, bleach and hand sanitizer so that we can do all we can to reduce the spread of this virus. We also welcome donations for our emergency food baskets and hygiene kits to be distributed to families in need in our area. here. All of us here at the Mission will be continuing to do all we can to keep our community healthy. We appreciate any help you can provide, and we appreciate your prayers during this challenging time. Thank you for your support!
