N.E.T. PROGRAMMING YOUTH SUPPORT STAFF – (PART-TIME)
We are looking to hire individuals for this part-time position. Required hours of work are Monday – Friday, 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. This position requires a High School diploma and 1 – 3 years of work experience with children and youth of all ages. Ability to communicate and engage relationally with children and teenagers. Individual must be Microsoft Office proficient, have good organizational, crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills. The position involves implementing programs to strengthen youth, equip them with the skills and resources for their physical and spiritual needs and teach them Christian disciplines. This individual should have a strong desire to serve youth in a rescue mission setting.
HOUSE MANAGERS – (FULL-TIME/PART-TIME)
We are looking for a mature Christian woman with good people skills, to fill a full-time 2nd and 3rd shift position. Responsibilities would include housekeeping, security and helping with the basic care needs of our residents. This individual should have a strong heart’s desire to work with the homeless.
PROGRAM CASE MANAGER – (FULL-TIME)
We are looking to hire a mature Christian woman to provide Christian discipleship and case management to the Joy House division’s long term program guests and their children. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm. An Undergraduate degree is required, preferably in applicable field (social work, theology, education), 3 – 5 years of work experience, preferably in a related field. This individual must be comfortable teaching one on one and in small group settings. Our preferred candidate should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, be a team player, good communicator, flexible, dedicated, motivator, ability and willingness to share the Gospel and have a servant’s heart.
