CROSS TRAINERS ACADEMY (CTA) A private Christian school owned and operated by the Milwaukee Rescue Mission.


 The Milwaukee Rescue Mission’s school, Cross Trainers Academy, is looking to hire a full-time School Administrator.  The CTA Administrator oversees CTA Elementary and Middle/High School Principals and Staff to provide strong leadership for all school programs, grades K-12.  Responsibilities include monitoring classroom progress and measuring achievement; promoting academic excellence; mentoring leaders; determining curriculum; developing technology, promoting and protecting MRM and school culture; overseeing and maintaining discipline; providing strong, Gospel-centered leadership for the entire school community.

 This individual would be responsible for the design and implementation of a comprehensive development plan as well as appropriate marketing strategies and tactics to acquire resources to support all MRM programs.  Specific areas of responsibilities include providing overall leadership, lead faculty and staff, maintain academic excellence, ensure student progress and success, maintain discipline, promote and protect the culture and partner in the broader ministry of MRM. 

An Undergraduate degree in education or applicable field is required.  Ability to be credentialed in the State of Wisconsin as a school administrator is required.  10+ years in education with 3-5 years of experience in school administration is preferred.  A Master’s degree in education or applicable field is preferred.

This candidate should have mature Christian leadership skills, be able and willing to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and promote the Vision and Values of the Milwaukee Rescue Mission.  They must have ethical leadership, a commitment to Christian Education, excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and exemplary leadership qualities.  They must be literate in computers and technology.
