Administration/Development Employment Opportunities


We are seeking a full-time salaried employee to join our Development Team. This individual would oversee the volunteer program, to include establishing volunteer opportunities, managing communication with volunteers and managing the volunteer database .  Additionally, this individual would oversee all fundraising events - including the annual banquet, annual golf outing and other more intimate events throughout the year to cultivate relationships with major donors, develop and implement business and church outreach and engagement strategies.  Responsibilities also include overseeing grant writing and major donor acquisition and cultivation. This individual would have direct involvement with the Planned Giving program and would supervise the Volunteer Coordinator, Event Coordinator, Grant Writer and Development Officer.

A Bachelor’s Degree is required. A Master Degree would be a plus. 5+ years of fund raising experience and previous management experience preferred.


The MRM Recruiter establishes recruiting requirements by understanding the organizational plans and objectives. The Recruiter will focus on the on-boarding of new employees from recruiting through the pre-employment process.  Working jointly with the organization’s hiring managers and outside agencies and organizations. 

Responsibilities would include administering and posting jobs internally and externally, tracking open positions within the organization, developing a presence on Social Media, developing a relationship with local churches and colleges, screen resumes and applications, perform phone interviews, administer pre-employment process, follow-up on interview process status, coordinate interview with hiring managers and coordinate orientation meetings for newly hired employees.

This individual should have good communication and organizational skills, results oriented, good listener, excellent presentation skills, good at multi-tasking, friendly, outgoing and patient.  An Associate’s degree is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.  Degree in HR, communications, marketing/Sales preferred.  Experience working with social media (LinkedIn, etc) for recruiting preferred.


This position is primarily responsible for various IT related activities across the Milwaukee Rescue Mission North Campus, which primarily includes our K-12 school Cross Trainers Academy (300+ students), Child Enrichment Center (CEC), and Equip community outreach ministry.  This position is accountable for ensuring continuity of technological services in an educational setting and for users throughout the organization through planning, technical expertise, and project coordination.

Responsibilities would include assist in installing new workstations, laptops, printers and peripherals, preparing them for use.  Maintain and manage technology equipment in the school, ensuring that they are working properly. Manage school network and phone systems.  Perform installations of computer software and hardware.  Provide basic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for technology equipment and software.  Assist in maintaining an accurate record of technology equipment inventory; track and control loaning of technology equipment to school personnel. Assist with audio and visual setup for school auditorium.  Maintain and manage all classroom labs on a weekly schedule, maintain and manage all classroom labs for school-wide testing, administer and manage user accounts, logins, and emails, perform other responsibilities as assigned.

This individual should have good communication, listening, time management, decision making and teaching skills. Be able to work as a team, flexible, utilize strong leadership, project management and presentation skills.  A minimum Associate’s degree or required or a Bachelor's degree is preferred in a related field. Prior technology experience in an education, institutional or non-profit setting is preferred.

We are looking to hire staff to assist with gift processing in the Data Processing area.  This is a seasonal temporary hourly position with full and part-time hours available, during the 4th quarter.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, data entry and other administrative projects.  Candidates must be comfortable using computers and typical office and database software.  A High School Diploma, GED or higher education and past experience in an administrative role is preferred.
