Administration/Development Employment Opportunities

MRM is looking for an individual to provide administrative support for the HR department, assisting with the hiring process, scheduling pre-employment tests and new hire orientations and entering of a high volume of employment records into our HR database.  Support the daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents. 

Responsibilities include:  Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties, provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager, compile and update employee records, process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.), coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.), assist with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rule and regulations, coordinate communication with candidates in recruiting process and other duties as assigned.

A High school diploma is required with a minimum of three years of job related experience, preferably in human resource department.  Associate’s degree or greater in HR related coursework is preferred.  SHRM or any other HR Certifications are a plus.
