Administration/Development Employment Opportunities


We are seeking a full-time salaried employee to join our Development Team. This individual would oversee the volunteer program, to include establishing volunteer opportunities, managing communication with volunteers and managing the volunteer database .  Additionally, this individual would oversee all fundraising events - including the annual banquet, annual golf outing and other more intimate events throughout the year to cultivate relationships with major donors, develop and implement business and church outreach and engagement strategies.  Responsibilities also include overseeing grant writing and major donor acquisition and cultivation. This individual would have direct involvement with the Planned Giving program and would supervise the Volunteer Coordinator, Event Coordinator, Grant Writer and Development Officer.

A Bachelor’s Degree is required. A Master Degree would be a plus. 5+ years of fund raising experience and previous management experience preferred.


The MRM Recruiter establishes recruiting requirements by understanding the organizational plans and objectives. The Recruiter will focus on the on-boarding of new employees from recruiting through the pre-employment process.  Working jointly with the organization’s hiring managers and outside agencies and organizations. 

Responsibilities would include administering and posting jobs internally and externally, tracking open positions within the organization, developing a presence on Social Media, developing a relationship with local churches and colleges, screen resumes and applications, perform phone interviews, administer pre-employment process, follow-up on interview process status, coordinate interview with hiring managers and coordinate orientation meetings for newly hired employees.

This individual should have good communication and organizational skills, results oriented, good listener, excellent presentation skills, good at multi-tasking, friendly, outgoing and patient.  An Associate’s degree is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.  Degree in HR, communications, marketing/Sales preferred.  Experience working with social media (LinkedIn, etc) for recruiting preferred.
